Mr. Bierbaum is a Colorado registered professional engineer with 25+ years of experience in the Environmental & Safety industry. He has managed projects of up to 2.5 million and with over 20 personnel. Mr. Bierbaum is skilled in both Environmental & Safety management projects (training, permitting, audits, closure plans, pollution prevention, management systems, public relations, regulatory negotiations, de-listing, environmental assessments, mergers and acquisitions) and environmental restoration projects (RCRA and CERCLA investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design, treatment design, waste management, UST closures, voluntary cleanups). Mr. Bierbaum has conducted numerous Environmental & Safety audits for both government agencies and private industry. Government clients include: DOE, DOD, DOT, the U.S. Park Service, and the U.S. Post Office. Private industry experience includes: refineries, mining, oil and gas, utilities, food processing, can plants, chemical manufacturing, explosive manufacturing, law offices, commercial development, rubber manufacturing, computer and high tech industry and a variety of light industry services (Hewlett-Packard, Spectranetics , ProLink Solutions – computer software, OEA airbag explosives, Goodrich – Carbon Operations).

Ms. Bierbaum is a Geophysical Engineer with 20 years of experience in the Environmental industry.  Her experience emphasis has been in the areas of regulatory reporting and compliance, permit applications, due diligence assessments, audits, and subsurface site characterizations. Ms. Bierbaum has significant expertise in air compliance, reporting, and permitting for minor sources. Ms. Bierbaum has completed numerous environmental projects for both private industry and government agencies.  Private industry experience includes: Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Transmission, Manufacturing, Solid Waste Management and Disposal, Warehouse and Distribution, Highway Development, Railroad, Airline, Real Estate and Banking.  Government experience includes:  DOE, DOD, and Municipal and County Agencies.

Ann Slater

Ms. Slater is an environmental scientist with 25+ years experience in the environmental field. She has worked as a consultant preparing NPDES permit applications, storm water plans, spill plans and acting as agency liaison in NPDES issues.   Ms. Slater also has extensive experience in Risk Management Plan preparation and related air dispersion modeling.  She has conducted environmental site assessments and audits for a variety of petrochemical, industrial, and municipal clients.  Prior to her consulting experience, she was an NPDES permit writer for the Louisiana DEQ and managed a team of eight  permit writers.

Ms. McIlwain is an environmental scientist with over 24 years of experience in the environmental field. She has worked as a consultant for the last 18 years assisting clients in maintaining compliance with water, waste, and EPCRA’s local, state, and federal regulations.  She has also participated in many environmental site assessments (ESAs), permitting, and compliance audits for a variety of facilities. Ms. McIlwain previously worked for the LDEQ for 6 years conducting compliance audits, permitting, surveillance, emergency response, and inspections.

Mr. Holleran is a registered engineer who has exceeded customer expectations for more than 30 years in the fields of environmental regulatory compliance, process safety and risk management, OSHA/MSHA safety, industrial hygiene, and engineering. His experience includes hands-on work and strategic planning to deliver physical/compliance risk reductions and leading practice solutions to industrial and government clients worldwide. Mr. Holleran has specific expertise in the areas of environmental compliance assurance with air, water, and waste regulations; Phase I and II site due diligence; OSHA and DOT safety advisory and audit; process safety (PSM) and risk management (RMP) program development, mentoring and audit; industrial hygiene and health consulting; and engineering. His experience includes eight years as Corporate EHS Audit & Advisory Manager serving Koch Industries Companies such as Flint Hills Resources (Refining and Chemical), Georgia-Pacific, Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, Koch Minerals, Koch Engineered Solutions, INVISTA (Nylon and Chemicals), Molex (Electronics) and Guardian (Glass).

Prior to Koch, Mr. Holleran led trusted partner EHS consulting services for Fortune 500 industrial clients such as British Petroleum, General Electric, Norfolk Southern Railroad, General Motors, and United States Steel. His government work includes U.S. Navy, Veterans Administration, U.S. Air Force, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Post Office. Mr. Holleran is a Certified Environmental Auditor, Registered Environmental Manager, Certified Process Safety Auditor, and Certified Industrial Hygienist.
